Stay up to date - join the newsletter

Hello dearies!
If you're following my official author's blog, you might have already noticed that I'm working on Unwilling again. If not, well, now you know :D I can't possibly keep two blogs up to date all the time, what with only having two hands and all that, but if you don't want to clutter up your Twitter or Facebook accounts with my ramblings, there's another choice now:

(I promise not to spam)

I'll send out an e-mail once a month (if at all), tell you how I'm faring with my writing and editing work, offer you ARCs, beta reading opportunities, coupons for sales, and reviews of books I enjoyed so much I just have to recommend them to you :) There'll also be a cover reveal for Unwilling in January or February, I'm just sayin' ;)
And as an incentive to try it, I'll throw in a Christmas present that you'll get at the 24th of December!

Unwilling Chapter 8 fixed

Hi there!
A helpful reader notified me to the bugs in Unwilling, chapter 8 and 9. I fixed those right away and repaired the link to chapter 10, so everything should be working again :)

I'm continuing Unwilling!

... Margo still stood in the entrance, but a few of her fingers twitched, pointing to those inside the roadhouse. It had to be some kind of code, because a few of the men switched positions and one of them even elbowed his way past Darwin, Mary and George to reach the back door.“You are trespassing on my personal property and I’m asking you to leave. You’re not welcome here,” she said in a tone of voice that suggested she herself didn’t believe they would listen. Then the world sped up past the point Darwin could follow. A bark from outside marked Carl’s command to charge, Mary screamed and the back door and front windows shattered as warm bodies barreled through them.A shuddering breath later, a half dozen of guns and rifles awoke to life and screamed death against the invaders....

Yep, I found my mojo. 1.9k and counting! I've got the plot laid out and I'm feeding it with whatever comes to mind. Wish me luck!

Happy, happy, happy!

Good news, Shapeshifter enthusiasts: This puppy is done, yeah!

I achieved so much in the last two weeks, I'm still spinning, but this has to be my most proud moment yet. I finally finished the epilogue to this story and wrapped a few threads up - additionally, I laid enough foundation to break ground for a second part in Noom's and Kelaste's story, if I ever feel like continuing it.
I also finished my application to university for my lectureship major and entrance exams will be at the end of August, but that kind of pales next to my joy over my writing achievements :D

Unwilling is still in the brain-mill and I'm struggling with the last few chapters, but I won't give up easily. Darwin and Jared will get their happy for now, one way or the other!

Shapeshifter 10, 11 and 12 are online!

It's about time I put those online :)
I'm trying to keep up to my writing, but sometimes I get behind on updating my blog, sorry about that!

So, what else is new?
I'm trying to finish Shapeshifter and Unwilling and it's going good. I've also completed a cryptic short story named "A divine spark", which you can find on Gay Authors.
I submitted another story of mine named "Moonrise" to Total eBound Publishing, a 52k Boys Love Sci-Fi-story I particularly like. If they also like and decide to publish it, I'll of course put up a link section so you'll be able to find it easily!

When my two main stories are done, I'll work on "Fortuna Smiled", because I need something light-hearted to get me out of my violent mood. I've got another vignette from ye olde times, called "A Cinderella story", that's also free of Fantasy, Paranormal or Sci-Fi elements, but since I only have two hands and way more kinky thoughts than romantic notions, I'll keep that on ice for another time.
Annnnnd you probably also noticed the third title in my site navigation, "Birth of a Dark Priest". That one will not be for the faint-hearted and definitely not a romance, but if you're interested to dive into the mind of a bad guy, you might like it :) It's not really a Boys Love novel, but it has 'homosexual aspects' (I'm putting this carefully because it is really more about dark magic, violence and shaping people into super villains, so I'd never dare to call what the protagonists have a love connection).
Other projects, like "Writings on the wall" and "Bending the Unbreakable", will stay on the back burner for now. I do work on them when I'm in one of my special moods, but since I've learned to plan my work better (as is proven by not one, but two finished stories, yay!), I'm not going to divide my time any further by making promises I'd have to keep.

Stay tuned!

Update for Unwilling!

Hello folks!

I spent a few hours on my blog today, and after having to fight against horrible, horrible HTML code, I decided to clean up "Unwilling" and do a one-chapter-per-site version of it. I also realized I forgot to put chapters 6 to 8 on my own blog... dunno how that happened, I'm confused I guess.
Sorry anyway, I did quite some work since my last post :)
I also know that this blog isn't the best tool for reading because the line spacing sucks, but it was the best I could do. You'll find a much more beautiful (spaced) version of Unwilling here on Gay Authors!

Another (probably) nice piece of news is my re-work of Shapeshifter. I'm going over the story chapter by chapter, which means I'm taking down the old version and posting the new one whenever I'm finished with another chapter. The dub-con parts of it will be 'softer' (not soft!), and I'm trying to tone down the explicit language outside of direct speech. It's a work in progress, but maybe you'll like it better when I'm finished ;)

Aaaand don't expect anything from me for the next two weeks, holidays are finally here!

Love

Unwilling Chapter 5 released

Hello!

As promised I released chapter 5 of "Unwilling" today, yay!
You can find it on my blog page here, on GA (Gay Authors) here, and it will be online on Literotica soon too. Have a good read, I had a blast writing it :)

If you read on GA or Literotica, please be kind and vote or leave a review, that stuff keeps me going!
I already mentioned NaNoWriMo, and I'm going strong still, so please be patient while waiting for other new chapters. I've got chapter 6 already finished and waiting, it will be released on the 18th of November, but if I haven't met my NaNo quota until then (50.000 words), I'll have to delay chapter 7. I'm learning how to finish stuff I started, sorry :D

Stay tuned! I'll be back...

NaNoWriMo 2014

Helloes!

I decided to enter into this year's NaNoWriMo, so yay me! I'll have to put Unwilling on hold for three or four weeks to get some writing done, but I already have finished two chapters that will be published on the 8th and 18th of November, so no big waiting games for you folks :)

My NaNoWriMo story will not see the light of day as a free read since I've started working on an idea I already planned as a real, hand-to-heart, published book. It'll probably be crap after rushing it through in one month, but I'm positive I'll get it finished like this much sooner than with waiting for better days to come.

Now, back to my writing project! Here's the gist:

Christopher Duke is a Cambion, one of demon blood but not a full-fledged demon. Working as a private investigator for a firm specializing in field work instead of paper and plastic, he can put his talents to the best use - finding things lost or stolen for its true owner.

One cold January morning a small, northern maritime container terminal near a shipping port is frozen solid over night. Ice as thick as 4 inches is coating the coastline and everything within 10 feet of the water - even a security guard supposed to patrol the docks. This ‘freak accident’ leads to an insurance claim with an insurance company employing Holland Investigations.
Christopher is assigned the job of verifying the claim, and gets a rookie, Quentin, as his new partner. His new partner can't find out about Chris's lineage though. Quentin Wheeler, archetypical sunny boy and man without a bad cell in his body, is a member of C.A.D.E., the biggest organization against demons and their scions ever seen.  Though Chris can't really know how Quentin would react, his crush on his new partner forbids him from ruining their relationship by telling the truth about his ancestry.

And then there is Galen, who may or may not be one of the bad guys, but still too intriguing and too captivating to stay away from. One thing is sure though, he IS a demon, and staying in contact with him would definitely cost Chris Quentin's friendship.

Here's some music to get you going:

If anyone would like to share a widget and fight me for honor, please do tell ;)

metajinx found a new home!

Hello dearies!
After two weeks of testing and trials I decided to settle permanently on http://www.gayauthors.com - mostly because that community somehow gets me writing in a speed and with a persistence that I didn't know before. In the last two weeks I re-read all of "Unwilling", edited it a bit, wrote a whole new chapter that will be published on the 28th of October, and already started a new one because I can.
I will keep publishing Unwilling and Shapeshifter on Lit until the stories are done, but after that I'll probably stick with GA full-time. Lit has more stories, especially those kinds of stories I really, really like, but I just can't keep my motivation going there. :/
If you are a writer yourself, please have a look at Gay Authors. The site could use a few more fans ;)

I'm back!

Why, hello! Did you miss me? :D

I finally finished all my exams-- with great success I might add. After celebrating my victory over knowledge and professors, I got right back in and am now working quite energetically on "Unwilling". Right now I'm editing the first third of the next part and will continue writing through the rest of February, but as of yet I'm unable to promise anything.
Since I got lots of e-mails asking if I plan to continue writing -- yes, I definitely do! There are hurdles in everyone's life, and mine just got leapt over like a boss. I also plan to finish both "Unwilling" and "Shapeshifter" before starting anything new, even though my fingers itch like crazy with new ideas.
Please stay as patient with me as you were up till now, I'll get right on it!

Guess what?

:D
I just submitted Unwilling chapter 4! Yay! I'm so happy that's over and done!
It'll be online on Lit soon I guess, but I'll put it on my blog right now, because I know you want it, right?

Here goes: Unwilling Ch. 4

That's never gonna happen to me!

... yeah, right.
On Christmas Eve I woke up at 9:00 AM, because stuff's not gonna do itself. Just as I was putting on my clothes somebody rang the doorbell, so I answered the door. There was a nice postal office lady there, wanting my signature in exchange for a letter, which in turn contained a fixed penalty notice because I drove on a motor way without my road tax disc (called "Vignette" in German/Austrian) some time in November.
That one cost me 360 Euros - always buy your road tax disc, girls and boys, or Santa will bring you letters instead of presents!
But that's not all, ooooh no!
I walked back inside, letter in hand, head smoking with anger, just to find my much beloved PC dying of overheated CPU. For those of you who don't live arms-deep in hardware, that's something like the heart of a PC, and mine was pronounced dead that beautiful Christmas Eve.
So I had to live three whole days without access to my stories, which is horrible. Was horrible.
Today I fixed everything, and I'm back, and happy. My beloved editor hasn't sent Unwilling Pt. 4 back yet, but I'll try to get it online before 2013 ;)

Hope your Christmas Holidays were better than mine!

Unwilling pt. 4 is on its way!

Hey guys and gals!

After all that bla bla in the last two posts it's time for a more positive and interesting blog entry ;)
I just sent "Unwilling pt. 4" to my trustworthy editor, and believe me, it was a fight I nearly lost! I've been writing on that piece ever since I submitted chapter 3, but somehow the kinky parts just wouldn't come out of my brain.
It took Ray Bradbury and his very fascinating "Zen in the Art of Writing" to finally get me going again, but when it flows, it flows. If you're stuck at some point of your own stories, I heartily recommend to get motivation elsewhere, it definitely works!
I'll probably get the edited version back some time in the next week, and if (!) there's not too much marked red in there I'll submit it straight to Lit and of course put it online on my blog.
You'll be the first to know, that much is for sure!

Have a lovely Christmas! Don't forget to lean back, just chill and watch the world turn once in a while - no holiday is perfect if you're too stressed to actually experience it!

Love,

"Unwilling" continues!

Hello guys and gals!
Finally I've gotten back to writing, and it's coming nicely. "Unwilling"'s final (?) chapter 4 is half done, and will definitely be online before christmas eve. My study application is on its way, and no more exams this year, yay!
When "Unwilling" is finished, I'll probably work on "Just like Cinderella" next, since my long-term-project "Shapeshifter" gives me too much head-ache. If you've got questions or tips for any of my projects, feel free to comment! :)

Never too old to study!

An update for you!
My Physics AP exam went well, considering I only had 3 weeks to learn the contents of 2 years. I'll have another exam on the 10th of October, but my Math AP has been moved to January or February, so I'll be able to get on with my stories until December.
I've also decided to try to get into "Linguistic Arts", a new subject of study in Vienna, for which I'll have to write five pages of brilliant text in German. That'll be my priority until end of November, but I'll definitely keep a finger on "Unwilling" while I'm at it.
I'll also participate in a Storm Moon Press call for submissions called "Serve me" - You can find details about this project here!

So much work to be done, and so little time... well ^^

Best of wishes,

Exams - Writing recess

Hey!
I've got two pretty massive exams coming up, one for my physics AP, one for my math AP, so I won't have much time to write. I've already done the next 1,000 words for "Unwilling" and "Shapeshifter", but as with the other parts this will take a while until they see the light of day.
I'm also working on two novels with more than 50k words, one in German and one in English, and since I intend to make money with them, they kind of have priority.
I thought about publishing smaller bits of my stories in this blog, but since my works need loads of editing before they stop sucking I decided against it. Please be patient with me, I'll continue to write and I'll try not to disappoint, but as a German saying goes: An old lady is not an express train ;)

Unwilling Ch. 03 submitted!

Hey folks and folkettes!

I just submitted "Unwilling" chapter 3 after a long and quite interesting work-out on a few parts of the story. I had to do 2 major modifications on the storyline to get it how I wanted it to be, and even though there won't be any sex in this part I guess it does contain a lot of pretty fundamental informations about the how's and why's behind the whole story.
You will find it on lit at http://www.literotica.com/s/unwilling-ch-03 as soon as it is online, and of course I'll put it on my homepage too ;)

Update: Unwilling Pt. 3 and Shapeshifter Pt. 3

Hi Guys!

First post here, yay! I just wanted to keep you up to date on my next works, since most of the feedback on lit is about "when will the next part of X come out?"
I sent the 3rd part of "Unwilling" to my beta reader this monday, and I'm putting the finishing touches to "Shapeshifter" part 3 right now.
As you can probably see on my blog, I've also been working on 2 other stories that haven't been published on Lit yet, even though I've got them online here. The reason for that is that I'm not happy with them yet, or (as with "Fortuna smiled") that I don't yet know where to go with the story. I'd love some comments on them though, since I do want to finish and publish those stories one day ;)

If you like my stories, just subscribe to my blog. I'll post news and publication dates here, and give notice when new stories are published on Lit.
